Itaú is the largest bank in Latin America. I worked on several projects during my 5 and a half year tenure there. The largest one I am detailing here: In 2010 Itaú decided to revamp and consolidate their intranet that served at the time about 100.000 employees in Brazil and neighboring countries. The website is the largest intranet in all of Latin America. The main goal of the project was to reduce the time employees were spending to find information, thereby increasing productivity.

As the Senior Product Designer, I led several workstreams: Site Map and Information Architecture, Wireframes, Usability tests, Support and Training.
